Shri Narendra Modi had said that "Only through a clean India can the
country pay its best tribute on Mahatma Gandhi's 150th birth anniversary in
2019". The mission was widely launched as a national movement across the
country. Under this campaign, the goal of realizing the concept of "Swachh

Clean India will only come from a healthy India
The best standard for measuring the development of any nation
is a healthy society there. The health of citizens has a direct impact on their
functioning. The direct connection of the civil workforce is with the national
production power. The country whose production power is strong has been
successful in establishing new standards of development globally. In this
context, it becomes clear that in the development of any nation, there is a
need for the betterment of the citizen's health. Perhaps this is why the
political movement of a prosperous nation like America
In fact, protecting the health of its citizens is the first
religion for any nation.
Health: A challenge
Ever since the origin of human beings, it has been his
responsibility to keep himself healthy. Health challenges have changed over
time as well. At present, the biggest challenge for any nation is to provide
health facilities in proportion to the population of the nation. We Indians are
also not untouched by this problem.
If we talk about India, according to the 2011 census, the
population of India had reached one billion 21 cores by March 2011 and is
constantly increasing. However, the average annual exponential growth rate of
population hygiene and health is declining rapidly. This was 2.14 percent in
1981-91, 1.97 percent in 1991-2001 and 1.64 percent in 2001-11. Nevertheless,
this pressure of its population is causing great difficulties for the
The government of India systematically arranging health facilities.
Relationships in health and hygiene
Well, many diseases have a direct connection with cleanliness
habits. Diseases like malaria, dengue, diarrhea, and TB are a direct example of
this. According to the news, 46,606 people have been diagnosed with TB in the
last six years in Mumbai, the country's economic capital alone. That is, in the
economic capital of the country, 18 people are losing their lives every day
from TB alone. In Muzaffarpur in Bihar, Gorakhpur region of UP and the northern
areas of West Bengal, children are constantly being killed due to Japanese
fever. In the second week of July-2014, the number of malaria deaths in Tripura
had increased to over 70 and more than 30 thousand people were infected with
malaria. All of these diseases are those which are inherent in the prevention of
hygiene.
Cleaning habits essential to a healthy life
Hygiene and health are interdependent. If you are unwell then
reflect on your lifestyle once your mind presents you with many reasons for
being unwell, lack of hygiene will definitely be one of the reasons. In this
context, some important information is being shared here, which you can use to
keep you clean and healthy.
Your home utensils and bacteria: As much as your health is
related to healthy food, so is the relation of clean utensils. The cleanliness
of your dishes is directly related to your health. How many germs remain in the
sink despite cleaning the dirty dishes? The bacteria that are born in your sink
can be exposed to your hands, dishwashing sponges or scrubs and, worse, your
food. So wash your sink thoroughly with bleach and water once a day and allow
it to dry. It will also eliminate the bacteria!
20 Seconds and Hand Cleaning: There are no two opinions that
you keep washing your hands repeatedly, taking care of your health. But just be
sure, it is not enough to just drop a few drops of soap on your palm and wash
them under a quick tap. Rub your hand in soapy foam for at least 20 seconds so
the hand must be rubbed
Conclusion
On October 2, 2014, the concept of clean India which the Prime Minister of India put forward in the country is not new, but the results with which the Government of India has raised the issue of cleanliness this time, with very immediate results. Looking meaningful. Before this, governments have worked for sanitation. To accelerate the pace of sanitation coverage in rural areas, the Government of India started the Central Rural Sanitation Program (CRSP) in 1986. In the year 1999, the CRSP was renamed as the newly created whole sanitation campaign (TSC).
In a meeting with reporters after launching the cleanliness of the campaign, the Prime Minister had said, "I am happy that the hands of the
pen lifted the pen to the broom." If you find a worker who can take the
broom and shovel with ease and pride as they take the pen and pencil, then
there is no cost This will make not.
Even if an expenditure is required, it will be limited to
buying only brooms, shovels, baskets, spades, and perhaps some anti-pesticides.
